Client demand
Which means the “right” opportunity can show up when you’re not expecting it.
And be gone just as quickly.
The Risk of Waiting
When you wait for everything to line up perfectly:
The right role might already be filled
You might miss a window you didn’t realize was open
You may end up reacting later instead of choosing proactively
A Better Approach
You don’t need to be actively applying to everything.
But staying open is different than staying inactive.
That can look like:

Being willing to explore—even if you’re not 100% ready
