• Law Students
  Our clients are currently seeking barred attorneys. If you’re still in law school, we encourage you to connect with us after graduation once you’ve gained experience.

• Newly Barred Attorneys
  Our clients generally prefer candidates who have gained practice experience beyond the bar. Once you’ve built a foundation, we’d be happy to talk.

• In-House to Law Firm Transitions
  While moving from a law firm to in-house is common, the reverse is more challenging. Our clients rarely request candidates coming back from in-house roles to law firm practice. If that’s your goal, it’s often best pursued independently.

• Practice Area Changes
  Switching practice areas is typically best managed directly, as our clients usually prefer attorneys with existing experience in the area they’re hiring for.
